Welcome back Amy! I wish I could offer some help with your Twitter - I understand your frustration. As for those hard to find French delicacies, I’m guessing that if you can’t find it through your restaurant contacts, I doubt it is even available (probably due to FDA restrictions) - perhaps you should take them on!

Dear Amy, What a treat to read about your culinary travails and adventures. I just keep thinking how many more subscribers to Twitter there would be if your musings snd insights could be seen on that platform. And I also keep thinking how popular duck liver pie will become in Dallas once word gets out.
