Amy, We all know that food is the ingredient that binds us together, but those photos make it evident that your cooking is LOVE MADE VISIBLE. Thank you for sharing this joy with us. Kathy
What you have created in just one week is so impressive. Your Saturday night sounds just right. Also, that is great you have such social and friendly classmates. Like us readers of Amy in Paris, they are so fortunate to be beneficiaries of the joy you spread.
Amy, all six photographs showed beauty, elegance and dexterity. A French friend once said to me the dessert is the most important course of the meal- the fireworks, the finish one remembers . On the upcoming cold days in Dallas it will be fun to think of the joy you are creating!
Your smile in the picture says it all! I love your spirit. I would love to see the man’s face when he discovers a beautiful gift of deliciousness from you.
Amy - I am just getting caught up on your Round 2 at LCB. I love that this time is different and you are loving patisserie people! It reminds me of going to design school after Texas. Your photos look amazing.
Amy- I love reading your antidotes and am happy for you that this experience is quite different than the last! But I have to say- the trauma of the last class did make for some hilarious stories!!! As you have probably heard it is 15 degrees here in Dallas- be glad you aren’t here!

Maybe a gift card for the man to a food store or restaurant....We all miss you. Enjoy!
You are just the best! So glad to hear how much fun you’re having this time. Rest up and continue to enjoy!🩷
