You dedicated three long, difficult, trying and at times, seemingly discouraging, months to pursue your passion. Despite being exhausted from your long days, you managed to keep your friends and family informed and truly entertained with your witty recounting of your weeks at LCB. You approached your classes with humility and triumphed with dignity. The process you took to determine the final exam meal was brilliant. The toughest teaching chef can’t over come clever and humor.
