Most importantly - did YOUR fish have parasites??!! How would one know? I’m fearful to eat fish now!

Amy, I’m loving all of this. Thank you for taking us all on the journey.

Toujours impressionnée de toi Amy!! If I didn’t know better, I’d guess that grade on the soufflé was … should I say “politique” . As for the fish, I think I may have to consider a plant base diet , yikes… and lots of pommes frites! Thank you for continuing to entertain us - you are gifted!!

I would have walked out the door before touching that fish! And now the strike…dear God there is nothing worse than having to get somewhere during one of those. I’m hopeful that story makes for a great blog tomorrow! Onward you QUEEN!

You write beautifully, and I’m living vicariously— even through the unglamorous maggots. You bring all the glam needed! Oh, and I want to party with the 20 yr olds downstairs. Ha!

Je t’aime AW!

What an amazing experience! The apt. I rent is 1/4 mile from you on Rue de Buci.

Your poached fish is a lovelier site than the masked metro early morning unenthusiastic patrons. Keep your chin up, you are doing great! We're so proud of you!
